Ratings are built from consumer scans at your shop. The model is not live, so there is no rating to show — and a zero would be a rating rather than the absence of one.
When it arrives
It will show the rating, its direction, what moved it, and what would move it back. Your own scanning will not count towards it: sweeps from your shop handset are recorded as merchant scans and are not rating-eligible.
